Indianna Carroll cheerleader: NRL legend Mark Carrolls daughter lands spot in Las Vegas Raiderettes Cheerleading team
Indianna Carroll has made her dreams of becoming an NFL cheerleader come true.
The daughter of NRL legend Mark Carroll, who has cheered for the Manly Sea Eagles’ Seabirds for 10 years, will be cheering for the Las Vegas Raiderettes over the 2026-27 season.
Sharing her excitement on her Instagram Stories, she reposted the squad team photo with the text: “Honey, I’m home!!!!”

Carroll’s success at landing a spot on the squad for the upcoming season comes after she failed to make it into the iconic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader squad last year.
Clearly overcome with emotions and pride, she shared another clip of herself decked out in her Raiderette’s uniform and twirling in the carpark, simply captioned: “Yep”
Despite narrowly missing out on the DCC squad, she wasn’t giving up on her dreams and shared an emotional post after making it into the finalists for the Raiderettes.

“She’s back, still dream chasing,” she started the post.
“I felt like I owed it to myself to keep going, to follow the quiet pull and see where the wind might carry me. So here I am 🖤
“I guess the uncertainty is part of the price, but so is the privilege of chasing something I love this fiercely. I really believe there is something so special about loving something enough to take the risk.”
Carroll added that she’s been so moved by the support from those around her on this journey and is grateful for every message and piece of encouragement.
“I am Incredibly honoured to be a @raiderettes finalist & am truly taken back by the support you’ve already shown in the fan vote. If you would like to support me, the voting link can be found in my bio.
“Cmon Raider Nation, your draft pick is from Indiana… surely there’s room for one more 🤞🏼
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart x”.

Clearly, her determination and talent paid off, because days later she found out she made it.
The process to make the squad includes a public vote, in which fans have just four days to choose which Rookie finalist they want to see land a spot in the team.
Carroll already has some fans, after making it into the team.
The cheerleader, who also works as a Monster Energy promo girl, is yet to officially share a post on her Instagram page about making it.
Despite the setbacks and narrow misses, she’s proof chasing your dreams can pay off.
