Robert Irwin teases fans with his next move after winning Dancing With The Stars | Crocodile Hunter Lodge Australia Zoo
Robert Irwin has announced what he’ll be pouring all his time and energy into now Dancing With The Stars US is over.
The Wildlife Warrior, 22, took home the coveted Mirrorball Trophy on the dance competition series last week, alongside his dance partner Witney Carson.
Irwin, the son of late Crocodile Hunter and Aussie icon Steve Irwin, has revealed he’ll soon be heading back to Australia and is excited to welcome guests to the Crocodile Hunter Lodge at his family’s Australia Zoo.

He also thanked fans for their support during his time on the hit show, and said the family have seen an influx of tourism to the Queensland zoo from America.
“Thank you so much for all the support, I’m very excited to be heading back home very soon,” he says in a clip shared with his millions of followers on Instagram this week.
“It has been quite the passion project that we’ve been working on back home at Australia Zoo.

“We opened up a beautiful lodge, the Crocodile Hunter Lodge, which has been a way to really properly welcome everybody to our home.
“The amount of support from everyone in the States lately has just been incredible, the amount of people now heading to Australia Zoo and coming to visit my home has been really, really cool to see, honestly.
“We wanted to create something so that everybody could have a proper home away from home when you visit us.”

The lodge, opened in honour of his late father, officially opened back in 2022.
Earlier this week, the young conservationist celebrated his 22nd birthday.
His mother Terri Irwin shared a sweet tribute to her son on Instagram to mark the occasion.
“Happy 22nd birthday @robertirwinphotography!” she wrote.
“Looking forward to your next year of adventures. Remember to hold on to your friends, and they’ll hold on right back! Love you! 💕”
Sister Bindi also shared a tribute, calling him ‘Brian’ like what she used to call him when she was little.
