Indy Clinton hits back at rumours she was on drugs at the 2025 TikTok Awards in Sydney | New video


Aussie influencer Indy Clinton has hit back at claims she was on drugs at the 2025 TikTok Awards in Sydney last week.

The social media star shared a TikTok to her more than 2 million followers after a clip of her on the red carpet at the November 26 event went viral.

A TikTok user had commented, “U literally looked cracked out on the carpet at tt awards girl!” prompting Clinton to respond in a video.

”I don’t usually address things like this, but I thought I’m going to stand up for myself because I hate when people spread untrue things about me,” she began.

“There is a video going around of me on the red carpet at the TikTok Awards that is going viral because of the way I was acting, I guess.

”To give you a little sprinkle of context, I had been working every day and every night for the last two weeks so I’m extremely tired, overhwhelmed, tired, burnt out, I’m done.”

“I’m going to stand up for myself because I hate when people spread untrue things about me,” she said. (WireImage)

She said she was late to the event’s red carpet and was being “rushed” in, adding that some photographers were “fighting” each other and she felt “awkward”. 

“That’s why I look so frantic,” she said, adding an interview on the red carpet was also incredibly awkward for her.

“I was really just overwhelmed and then I was like, ‘I dont want to be here.'”

The content creator turned heads in a plunging charcoal sequinned dress, wearing her dark hair out and around her shoulders and makeup including a dark winged eye.

Clinton was previously named the TikTok Creator of the Year at the TikTok Awards in 2023.
