Priyadarshi’s Court and Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava Clash on Netflix Charts

Actor Priyadarshi’s film, Court: State Vs A Nobody, is now streaming on Netflix. Presented by Nani, the film is available in various languages on the platform and began streaming on April 11, 2025.

Coincidentally, Bollywood’s blockbuster hit, Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava, also made its OTT debut on the same day. However, Chhaava was unfortunately only available in Hindi, causing many viewers to miss the film due to the language barrier.

Following their release on Netflix, both Chhaava and Court began trending on Netflix’s global charts in the Non-English category. Chhaava initially held the fourth position, closely followed by Court in fifth.

Interestingly, both films garnered similar viewership; Chhaava clocked 5.9 million viewing hours, while Court reached 5.4 million viewing hours. This indicates that Court achieved a strong viewership in a shorter period. Both movies continue to perform well on Netflix.

Court is directed by Ram Jagadeesh, and Chhaava is directed by Lakshman Utekar.
