Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom split: ex-couple steps out with daughter Daisy Dove Bloom
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are showing us co-parenting dynamics done right.
Just six months post-split, the high profile exes were spotted in attendance at a recent showing of Paddington: The Musical with daughter Daisy Dove Bloom, four.
The outing proved a blended-family affair, with Bloom’s 14-year-old son Flynn – whom he shares with supermodel ex-partner Miranda Kerr – also joining his dad at the show in London’s West End.
In a picture posted to actor Tarinn Callender’s Instagram story, Perry, Bloom and the two children presented a united front, posing alongside the cast of Paddington and appearing in good spirits.
In a sweet display, Daisy Dove was pictured embracing her father, while her big brother Flynn brought up the rear with Perry.
Following their highly publicised breakup in June, the Roar hitmaker and Lord of the Rings star expressed their intention to prioritise their daughter’s wellbeing going forward.
In a joint statement released through representatives to Page Six in July, the pair highlighted the importance of maintaining a stable environment for Daisy Dove in the wake of their split.

“Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” the statement read.
“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is – and always will be – raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”
Bloom later reaffirmed his commitment to co-parenting with Perry, telling Today in September, “We’re gonna be great. It’s nothing but love.”
“We’ve got a beautiful daughter,” she added. “I feel grateful for all of it.”

The former couple had been together for just shy of 10 years, and had been engaged since 2019.
The pop sensation’s most recent release, Bandaids, appeared to detail the gradual breakdown of their once-enduring relationship.
In the video released in conjunction with the single, the Firework singer was shown washing dishes, before dropping what appeared to be an engagement ring down the sink.
The opening line, “Hand to God I promise I tried, there’s no stone left unturned. It’s not what you did, it’s what you didn’t – you were there but you weren’t” alluded to emotional distance driving the couple apart.
The music video depicts Perry enduring a series of painful mishaps – most self-inflicted – seemingly hinting at the repeated hurt she felt while fighting for the relationship.

Perry has since made her relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Instagram official, posting a loved-up photo during the Japan leg of her Lifetimes concert tour.
The pair even enjoyed a lunch with former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife, who posted a photo of the event referring to Perry as Trudeau’s “partner.”
