Cody Simpson films TikTok with Lara Worthington at Melbourne F1 following break-up from Emma McKeon
Cody Simpson has been anything but private following his break-up with Olympic champion Emma McKeon.
Simpson, 29, and McKeon, 31, secretly split at the end of last year, with the break-up coming to light last month.
The couple went their separate ways, with McKeon staying out of the spotlight and off social media.
Meanwhile, Simpson has been popping up everywhere as he tries to relaunch his music career.
The star has seemingly been spending a lot of time in the US, but he made a trip back to Australia for the Melbourne Grand Prix.
There, he was spotted partying with Lara Worthington and posing for photos with celebrities on the grid.
The pair filmed a TikTok together while they were out on the town following the F1 race.

In the video, Cody’s Talent Manager, Milena Gattegno, comes onto the screen, sticking up her middle finger and looking into the camera, mouthing “f— you.”
Simpson pushes her out of the way and says, “No, we’re so sorry” before Worthington appears on screen, adding, “No we’re not.”

The video is part of a trend where people joke about having a “mean” friend and a
“nice” friend.
The video comes after Simpson posted photos from the F1 grid, posing next to the supercars and Hollywood star Terry Crews.
The swimmer-turned-singer has been posting to Instagram almost every single day since news of his split broke.
He’s been working on new music, which explains his time in the US.
Simpson and McKeon started dating in 2022, bonding over their love of swimming.
Simpson had moved into the sport after a long singing career, trying his luck and making the Australian Olympic Team.
A pair close to the couple told the publication the split was “amicable,” adding, “They are still really good friends.”
They both spoke openly about their relationship, with Simpson previously telling nine.com.au his then-girlfriend, who is the most decorated Australian Olympian of all time, was his “rock in life.”
“Anyone who has that in life is lucky,” he said.
“We bonded through something so specific and special in swimming, but now, living and navigating life after it and doing all different kinds of things, it’s been a really fun journey.”
When Simpson decided to pick his music career back up, McKeon was there to support him.
Both retired from swimming in 2024.
