Beckham biographer Tom Bower warns more to come out in feud
Tom Bower believes there’s more to come out yet in the feud between Brooklyn Beckham and his parents David and Victoria Beckham.
The author of the biography The House of Beckham: Money, Sex and Power says Brooklyn’s statement about his upbringing validates things he said in his book, which were highly unpopular at the time of it’s release in June last year.
Bower believes Brooklyn could blow up Brand Beckham if he details “the affairs” and “the breakdown of the marriage” in a tell-all book.

“I think Brooklyn has an extraordinary story to tell,” Bower told Good Morning Britain co-hosts Susannah Reid and Ed Balls.
“Brooklyn witnessed throughout his whole life an extraordinary marriage which, ever since the allegations of Rebecca Loos more than 20 years ago, has been a business relationship rather than a normal marriage, a normal home,” Bower claimed.
”On his 18th birthday, Brooklyn celebrated with his father and got a £38,000 ($75,000) Mercedes but his mother was shopping in New York – it was never normal.
“And that’s what I feel for Brooklyn that finally he’s exploded because he’s now living with a normal family. I think the Peltzes are a good family, they’re hardworking.

“I think he’s very happy with his wife and ever since the wedding, he has just seen a different sort of life.”
Brooklyn married Nicola Peltz, the daughter of American billionaire Nelson Peltz, in 2022 and has since becoming very close with her side of the family, while living in the US.
When asked if the author knows anything concrete about the rumours of the 26-year-old being offered a book deal, Bower said it was almost “certain” but didn’t give away more than that.
“There is a great book there, he has been a witness to extraordinary things,” Bower said.
The biographer then added cynically: “If he’s thinking of writing a book where he tells his story, what better way to launch the book than with a blast of publicity”.
Bower said he felt “very sympathetic for Brooklyn” and believed he had been “manipulated” as he claimed.
“I think he has been used, I think he’s been manipulated and I feel very sorry for him because in the end he didn’t get an education, was constantly wheeled out for photo opportunities like this week in Paris for 14-year-old Harper who also isn’t probably getting education,” he said.
Reid stepped in to defend accusations the Beckhams weren’t educating their daughter.
”You say ‘also probably isn’t’ – I mean Harper is almost certainly having an education. and she just occasionally goes and joins her mum and dad doing things, just like any family member would,” she pushed.
Earlier this week David and Victoria put on a united front in Paris with their other sons Cruz and Romeo, along with their respective girlfriends, and daughter Harper.
